Hmmm, what to put inside... perhaps slips of paper, each one outlining a family activity to do to prepare for Christmas (bake cookies, make cards, make/hang a wreath, etc... they can be simple activities).Christian - Modobject@Homehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09687272618188063178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1305562313912485053.post-60691203867432078962008-10-27T15:03:00.000-05:002008-10-27T15:03:00.000-05:00I love those ideas from homespun for the advent ga...I love those ideas from homespun for the advent garland. I saw that at World Market too, very cute! Every kid needs to get a piece of candy once in a while, not every day, but once or twice during the month would be fun.

Sorry we missed co-op on Friday. We went to Kennewick this weekend and left at lunch time on Friday. Originally we weren't going to leave until Friday evening.Christianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05376211150243148767noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1305562313912485053.post-80620232422207178912008-10-27T13:59:00.000-05:002008-10-27T13:59:00.000-05:00Love the little stockings! I wonder if I could make some of those. Hmmm. How about a Scripture each day? Or an idea of something fun to do together - bake cookies, watch a Christmas movie, make cards, etc... Amy over at momadvice.com does a Christmas activity jar and pulls one out each day - we did not do a jar last year, but I planned a fun little thing each day all month and it was SO fun! This would be a great way to incorporate it!

Or, maybe mini ornaments for a Jesse Tree?Monica Wilkinsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17235919587298518908noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1305562313912485053.post-2637121082660725892008-10-26T22:46:00.000-05:002008-10-26T22:46:00.000-05:00How fun!
