We spent most of this past weekend working outside - glorious! I never knew how much I would enjoy being out in the fields with the animals. They're good company. There's something so comforting about it.
Jen, I haven't looked at your blog for a long time. I just love getting a peek into your life. I wonder if it makes everyone else wish they lived next door, too. :)
Lord, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places. Surely I have a delightful inheritance. Psalm 16:5-6

I'm very impressed. We look forward to after pictures when things start growing. The last picture of the steer is frame-worthy.
Oh my, how I miss our garden room on the homestead. Needing some peace right now and visiting your blog brings me that much needed beauty.

Jenny, love all the work you guys are doing. Miss you. when do you want to bring the kids to swim??? So proud of your little family!
I'm curious - is there cement in the bottom of all your garden beds? Why is that?
Hey, Meegan! It must be the angle of the picture. It's actually wire to keep out the animals.
