I just found this picture and realized that I meant to post it months ago!A few months ago, our family hosted an Italian dinner night with dear friends.
Each of us contributed something...
antipasto salad

spaghetti
tiramisu (my ultimate weakness)
sparkling Italian soda
and drippy candles.

Very nice! I love themed dinners...we just did southwestern for Mother's Day. Slow cooked pulled pork in torillas with sour cream, southwestern eggrolls, a grilled corn salad, and chips and salsa. I'm not together enough to have decorated to match the theme....but maybe next time! I'm thinking that Chinese night may happen soon too...
And now I'm hungry!!! :O)
